Description

The Master of Management: Bridging graduate program is a 12-month course-based graduate program offered at the Peterborough campus. Designed for individuals aspiring to leadership roles in Canada or internationally, the program equips students with the critical skills needed to thrive in today’s competitive job market.

Students may begin either program directly after their university graduation or after gaining post graduation work experience. The program provides a comprehensive foundation in key business and management areas, including accounting, corporate finance, marketing, strategic planning, and crisis management.

Beyond technical proficiency, the program emphasizes the importance of understanding broader social and ethical issues impacting business organizations today.

Delivered over three academic terms, students complete four courses in each of the first two terms, followed by a work integrated learning experience in the final term, offering valuable real-world application of their studies. Domestic students have an option of part-time studies. Majority of course offerings have a remote option.
