CERT.AIIT - Applied Artificial Intelligence & Information Technology - Postgraduate Certificate

The Postgraduate Certificate in Applied Artificial Intelligence & Information Technology is available to students who hold an undergraduate degree from any accredited university. It is recommended that students have some experience or familiarity with computer programming or technology to give them a greater opportunity to be successful in this highly technical program.

This program will provide students with fundamental concepts and methodologies related to artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), human-computer interaction (HCI) and their applications in other areas such as information systems and analysis. Topics will also cover the history, social and political impacts, ethics, privacy, bias, and limitations of AI to complement students’ technical knowledge.

• Full-time studies: International and domestic students

• Part-time studies: Domestic students only

• Candidates may apply through the Trent website. An official transcript must accompany the application.

• Applicants should determine the program and campus location they wish to study at and research the program length, courses, and available start terms and campuses prior to applying. Once students are registered in courses, students will not be permitted to change programs or campuses.
