Description
Students in the BSc Health program will explore the multidimensional concept of health as defined by The World Health Organization emphasizing physical, mental, and social well-being. Students will critically examine patterns of health and wellness, morbidity, and mortality from a multi-disciplinary perspective. Courses include a focus on measuring health and illness, health behaviour, illness representations, models and values of health promotion, program evaluation, and health communications.
Admission Requirements
A secondary diploma and six Ontario 4U or 4M courses with a minimum 75% average, including ENG 4U, SBI4U, and at least one of MHF4U or MCV4U, are required.
