Description

The Specialization in Small-Scale Farming provides students in the Sustainable Agriculture & Food Systems program with a comprehensive background and hands-on experience in growing food.

Students who have fulfilled the requirements for a single- or joint-major Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Sustainable Agriculture & Food Systems may graduate with a Specialization in Small-Scale Farming if they have successfully completed the following 5.0 credits:

  • 5.0 SAFS credits consisting of SAFS 2350H, 2800H, 3801H, 3341H, 3530H, 4003D, and 4101H
